How to make Apple Sharlotka Recipe (Russian Apple Cake)

In a stand mixer (or hand mixer), beat together eggs and sugar on medium speed.

Add in vanilla and the baking powder.

Turn down to low speed and add in the flour.

Once finished baking, flip it over onto a plate so the apples are on top.

Let it cool down for 10 minutes then sift some powdered sugar on top. Enjoy!
